Burnt Timber Releases Birdhouse Peach
Specializing in eclectic farmhouse ales, Burnt Timber Brewing & Tavern recently released Birdhouse Peach (5.5% ABV), a cider fermented with peaches and finished with organic white tea. “It’s a great cider that pairs well with some of our newer items, including our charcuterie boards,” said Owner and Head Brewer Eddie Michno.
Burnt Timber also recently released Wīt Mountains Wit (4.5% ABV), a wheat beer with orange peel and coriander. Regarding the intent behind their beers and ciders, Michno said their recipes use local ingredients when possible and “to surprise people with unexpected flavors.”
“Our beers are very approachable and not just full of hops, so you have options when you are here,” he said. “We are always adjusting our menu, too, so our beers reflect our culinary focus and continued growth.”
