Sour ale and farmhouse ale in Wolfeboro, NH

Beer

Here are a sampling of beer offerings we have made in the past. This is not an up-to-the minute listing. We are constantly creating new beers, and focus on approachable and/or farmhouse style ales.

Dank-A-Sawrus Rex IPA 6.5%

Our original IPA featuring loads of Citra and Amarillo hops. Not as bitter as most IPAs. Notes of grapefruit and citrus with slight hints of stone fruit and strawberries.

Busty! Farmhouse Blonde 7.0%

Farmhouse ale fermented on peaches and apricots. Sweetness from peaches, apricots, and honey malt. Notes of banana from farmhouse yeast.

Backwoods Banjo Oatmeal Stout 6.5%

Our sweet stout has loads of body from the flaked oats, but finishes dry with a slight edge from Centennial hops.

Ridgeline IPA 5.7%

A New England IPA hopped with Ekuanot, Simcoe, and El Dorado. Lime, papaya, and fruit are the dominant aromas.

Forrest Fire Red 5%

Dry-hopped red ale featuring BestMalz Red X malt. It is not sweet like a red ale but rather drinks more like a pale ale. Heavily hopped with Cascade, the American hop that started the hop craze.

Farm Chores 5.7%

A dry-hopped saison with honey. This beer finishes crisp and peppery with notes of oak and lemon.

Pack Raft Pale 4.8%

A rotating dry-hopped pale ale. The malt bill remains the same through every beer but we cycle different hops through the brewing schedule for experimentation.

Wīt Mountains Wit 4.5%

A wheat beer with orange peel and coriander. Light and refreshing.

Cranberry Sauced 5.8%

Cranberry session mead.

Always Summer Saison 6.5%

This is one of our favorite beers to brew because the brewery smells amazing! If a key lime pie were in a glass this is what it might taste like. We use bread-y malt for the graham cracker crust, lactose for sweetness, kefir lime leaves at the end of the boil for aroma, and Sorachi Ace hops for a note of lime.

Barley & Bees Blackberry Braggot 9%

This beer is what happens when loads of honey meets beer. Honey is added just prior to going into the fermenter and blackberries are added during fermentation.
