Burnt Timber Releases Thai One On Cider
Burnt Timber Brewing & Tavern recently released Thai One On Cider (5.5% ABV), which features basil and Thai basil from friend Kyle Clark’s ‘pepper Emporium’ in Pittsfield. “It’s gluten-free, and it pairs well with our food,” said Owner Eddie Michno, who said many of their brews feature local ingredients. “We source local as much as possible, which I think is very important. This cider reflects that commitment.”
For those uninterested in cider, Michno said Burnt Timber features nearly a dozen other craft brews, some of which include Always Summer Saison, Barley & Bees Blackberry Braggot, and Backwoods Banjo Oatmeal Stout. “You are bound to find something unexpected here that you will like,” he added.
