Burnt Timber Brewing & Tavern is a small, spirited brewpub in the heart of Wolfeboro, NH—built around bold flavors and good company. We brew funky, creative beers and love to pair them with seasonal, foraged ingredients. Our kitchen takes its time too: fermenting veggies, salt-curing meats, and smoking over apple wood for that slow, satisfying flavor.
